Ryan Jeffery

Ryan has extensive experience in construction management, site supervision, special projects, design builds, and development coordination. As the company's founder, Ryan brings passion and energy to everything RJI is doing. Ryan makes the effort to be involved in all RJI projects in order to bring the unique owner/operator quality that our clients have come to appreciate.

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Ontario Tech University (formally UOIT) and has focused his career in construction and development. Post-graduation he worked for a condo developer throughout Alberta, and then moved to Toronto for a general contracting company as a Site Supervisor and Project Manager. Ryan has been involved in projects throughout Canada, including Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. He has established the corporation in his hometown of Oshawa, servicing the Greater Toronto Area. As RJI grows, Ryan is dedicated to maintaining the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that goes in to every RJI project.

Kyle Jeffery

Vice President of Operations

Kyle Jeffery completed his Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering. He also trained and operates as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has been selling houses for 6 years. His work in the real estate market has provided RJI with an advantage in value analysis and estimating. He has a wide range of experience, managing a landscape construction company, and as a foreman on various commercial and residential construction sites across Canada including Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. Kyle’s role at RJI includes Co-Owner and Manager of the irrigation division, Rainology, as well as Project Manager of construction and development projects.

Bryden Jeffery

Project Manager

Bryden Jeffery completed his Honours Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from Ontario Tech University. In addition to his formal business training, Bryden has been working in the field of construction for 10 years. His experience has ranged from international missions, building a playground and a church in South Africa, to working as a foreman on various commercial and residential projects across Canada, including Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. His role at RJI includes estimating, project management and co-ordination.

Office Administration

Carly is the Office Administrator for RJI. She brings over 15 years of office and customer service experience to our team. From maintaining accounts payables, receivables and invoicing, to payroll processing and all that falls in between.
